How much does the program cost?

Nothing! It’s totally free. We want to build a community of motivated individuals who want to get the most out of their peloton equipment. In the future we may add premium services, bespoke plans or affiliate discounts but we commit that you will only ever pay the cost of the service at the time you signed up… which means if you join now you get the weekly programmes free for life!

Do I have to / Should I work out every day?

-

No! Our team provides a daily schedule of programming, rotating through all of the muscle groups allowing for rest and recovery so you can train every day if you want to, but we thoroughly advise that you build rest and recuperation into your training too.

What does a typical week look like for muscle development?

-

Our expert programmers take inspiration from the push pull legs method. Over a typical week you will balance out legs, arms, back, shoulders and core in symmetrical fashion to increase total body strength and stamina. Our endorphin releasing high intensity cardio sessions are thrown in to burn fat.

What if I miss a day?

-

Skip it! Move on! Pick up tomorrow or once you are feeling recuperated. We do however strongly suggest you do the programmed workout specific to the day in question (don’t do Wednesday’s workout on Thursday if you can help it).

What does the current schedule look like?

Monday = Arms & Core [Cardio = 2]

Tuesday = Legs, Lower body [Cardio = 1]

Wednesday = Chest & Back [Cardio = 2]

Thursday = COREdio [Cardio = 3]

Friday = Total Body #1 [Cardio = 1]

Saturday = Total Body #2 [Cardio = 3]

Sunday = Total Body #3 [Cardio = 1]
